I provide private yoga and qigong sessions, group classes, and workshops to enhance your health, support your wellness, and cultivate vitality & joy! They’re appropriate for beginners as well as more advanced practitioners. The practices and skills support your immune system, cultivate energy flow, and support your overall health and strength.

I am not receiving any payment for the weekly group yoga classes; requested donations are contributed to ALAAR, a local animal shelter.

Natural Sleep Recovery includes research-validated methods that support healthy, restorative sleep. This integrative approach provides a science-based understanding of the internal and external conditions that cultivate deep sleep. I’m committed to teaching practical, easy-to-learn skills founded upon the biological, psychological, social, and environmental factors that facilitate deep sleep. 

I provide educational consultations and workshops to individuals seeking to recover from chronic insomnia and other sleep-related problems. Along with Larry Cammarata, Ph.D., I also provide sleep health education to organizations, wellness centers, and training programs.


Linda Cammarata, RN, RYT is a Registered Yoga Teacher and retired Registered Nurse who specializes in applying mind-body practices of self-regulation to stress, mood, and sleep health. She is the Founder and Director of Mindfulness Travels. Linda has designed and presented wellness programs at world renowned spas in the US and internationally. She integrates mindfulness, gentle yoga, qigong, and contemporary science into her teachings. Her professional experience spans over 30 years in traditional and complementary healthcare and wellness settings.
