THE LOCATION
Join us for a deeply nourishing women’s retreat set in the serene beauty of Paço de Vitorino, a 16th-century palace in Ponte de Lima, Portugal. Known as the oldest town in the country, Ponte de Lima is nestled in the lush northern region, offering breathtaking landscapes, historic charm, forests, rivers, waterfalls, and proximity to the Atlantic Ocean.
Paço de Vitorino has been thoughtfully restored, honoring its original Baroque architecture while offering elegantly appointed rooms, tranquil gardens, and a saltwater pool—creating a peaceful and inspiring sanctuary.
THE RETREAT
This retreat is designed with a gentle, supportive rhythm that invites you to slow down and reconnect with the present moment. You’ll enjoy curated excursions exploring local culture and history, share nourishing meals, and immerse yourself in the richness of the surrounding environment. Daily guided sharing circles, yoga, Qigong, and meditation practices offer opportunities to reconnect with your body and cultivate inner stillness, while unstructured time allows for rest, reflection, and personal exploration.
A highlight of the retreat will be a guided candlelit evening float in the pool, accompanied by healing sounds—an experience designed to support deep relaxation and renewal.
At the heart of this retreat is connection. Through meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and intentional gatherings, you are invited to show up authentically and be held in a safe, supportive circle. These moments—whether quiet or joyful—create space for personal insight, renewed energy, and lasting friendships.
More than a getaway, this retreat is an invitation to feel nourished, seen, supported, and inspired. It is an opportunity to slow down, deepen your self-understanding, and rediscover the power of community while experiencing the beauty of Portugal.
